We’ve had lots of requests over the years for adult classes that feature many of our popular kids class menus and it’s finally here! This class is mainly demonstration style and you’ll eat everything made in class, so COME HUNGRY.
Menu (will contain dairy but no gluten or nuts):
* Baked Shredded Chicken Tacos (dairy)
* Mexican Street Corn On The Cob (dairy)
* Homemade Tortilla Chips with Pico De Gallo AND Tropical Salsa
* Cinnamon Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Tacos (dairy)
About your instructor:
Stacey Maedge is the founder of Gut Check. She's a Navy veteran and a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and believer that food is medicine.
