This is a drop off class for 2 hours from 4-6pm.  Ages 7-13 only please. Price is for all 4 sessions. 

Welcome to Kids Cook Real Food at Gut Check! This is where kids learn independence in the kitchen and the goal is ALWAYS to be ready to cook an entire meal on their own for the family. We’ll focus on knife skills, food prep, basic dining etiquette, and so much more. Please pay close attention to the age ranges before signing up. 

Food will NEVER contain any artificial ingredients…this is 100% REAL FOOD! :) 

Menus (will contain gluten, dairy, and eggs but no nuts):
-Monday 8/4 - Cheeseburger Macaroni, Italian Salad, Root Beer Floats with homemade vanilla ice cream!
-Monday 8/11 - Baked Ziti, Parmesan Broccoli Bites, Cannoli Dip with Oven Baked Cinnamon Sugar Crisps
-Monday 8/18 - Broccoli/Chicken/Cheddar Hand Pies, Caesar Salad, Chocolate Lava Cupcakes
-Monday 8/25 - Pancake Breakfast Sandwiches (eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese), Fruit Salad, Fresh Pressed Juices

Stacey Maedge is the founder of Gut Check. She's a Navy veteran and a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and believer that food is medicine.
