For you and your 7-12 year old. Price is per parent/child duo. One signup is for two people. Children 7-12 only please.

 

The perfect date night with your kid - in the kitchen making some delicious and apple themed recipes you’ll love and make again. This class doesn’t require your child to have any prior kitchen skills but will build on any they do have. Time in the kitchen with children is truly the magic that fuels healthy food relationships + creates low-pressure connection time. Come have fun and enjoy some parent-child time. Intended for kids aged 7-12. Price includes one parent and one child.

Together you and your child will learn how to make:

* Chicken Parmesan
* Classic Caesar Salad w/ fresh made dressing
* Baked French Toast Bread Pudding (Oh my!)

 

About your Instructor:

Natasha from Wild Feather Medicinals started on her path of rewilding for her own family - feeding and nourishing their bellies in a way that was healing and connected to the sacred rhythms of nature. With broth, cider, teas and ancient foods she connected to the wisdom of real food…and she has been sharing her learnings with all she can. She now offers a variety of foods that are rich in wisdom as well as wild.
