Learn how to bake the perfect loaf of sourdough bread from start to finish!
Beginning with the sourdough starter, we’ll cover how to feed it and care for it, as well as how to revive it if you think you’ve killed it (we all think we’ve done that at some point!). Starter CPR to the rescue!
We’ll walk you through all of the steps for creating the perfect loaf…mixing the dough, stretch and folds, proofing, scoring, baking, and how to add in your favorite optional mix-ins
Each participant will go home with a jar of starter, starter care instructions, bread recipe, and a belly full of yummy bread!
About your instructor: Stacey Maedge is the founder of Gut Check. She's a Navy veteran and a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and believer that food is medicine.
