Learn how simple it is to make your own sourdough bagels and pretzels so you can stop buying them at the store!  We always keep a serious stash of both of these in the freezer here at Gut Check Kitchen for our family to enjoy and Stacey would love to teach your how to do the same!  You’ll enjoy a warm bagel and pretzel in class and go home with your own sourdough starter and recipes.

About your instructor: Stacey Maedge is the founder of Gut Check. She's a Navy veteran and a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and believer that food is medicine.
