This is the cooking class that started Gut Check Kitchen!  We’ll make mountains of food in record time and show you just how simple it is to make and eat REAL FOOD!  All of our menu items are mix and matchable so that you can STOP making dinner every single night and rely on leftovers for the whole family for days.

Stacey Maedge is the founder of Gut Check. She's a Navy veteran and a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and believer that food is medicine.
