Refund policy

For classes (not products), Gut Check has moved to a 'non-refundable' policy similar to how concert tickets work. We can no longer process refunds or exchanges for classes. Instructors spend a great deal of time and money preparing for classes, purchasing materials and ingredients - often weeks in advance - based on how many people will be in a class.

If you can no longer make it to class, please feel free to gift or sell your ticket to a friend or family member and have him/her come in your place. There is no need to let us know who that person will be.
