Join Stacey for an evening of SOURDOUGH! You may (or may not) have already learned how to make a lovely rustic sourdough boule, but now it’s time to learn how to create a more functional sourdough sandwich loaf!  You’ll be participating in a hands-on lesson on how to make this simple and delicious sandwich bread that is perfect for everyday use AND you’ll go home with your own sourdough starter and your own loaf of bread to finish fermenting in the fridge and bake the next day. No prior sourdough experience is required for this class…just come ready to learn (and eat some delicious bread!)

Stacey Maedge is the founder of Gut Check. She's a Navy veteran and a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and believer that food is medicine.
