This is a drop off class for 3 hours each day for 3 days.

Join Stacey in the Gut Check Kitchen for 3 days of fun with food! We’ll be making (and eating) so many incredible recipes, all created for your kiddo to easily re-create several full meals at home for your family. We’ll work on knife skills, play games, discuss table manners and so much more in our 3 hours together each day.

Day 1 - Baked Shredded Chicken Tacos, Fresh Guacamole & Salsa, S'mores Tacos
Day 2 - Steak Tacos, Mexican Street Corn On The Cob, Ice Cream Tacos
Day 3 - Chicken Taquitos, Beans and Rice, Tropical Salsa, Cheesecake Tacos
About your instructor: Stacey Maedge is the founder of Gut Check. She's a Navy veteran and a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and believer that food is medicine.
