Making your own medicine is so much easier than you think and herbal salves are my family’s go-to for rashes, itchiness, bug bites, cuts/scrapes, dryness, etc. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn what symptoms several herbs can be used for and you’ll create two of your own custom herbal salves to take home and add to your natural medicine cabinet.  We’ll have many herbs to choose from so you can customize your salves to your family’s exact needs.

Stacey Maedge is the founder of Gut Check. She's a Navy veteran and a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and believer that food is medicine.
