In this class, we’ll make our own ginger bugs (a fermented probiotic-rich “starter” that’s not pungent like kombucha) to use to make our own probiotic sodas.  Each participant will make their own “bug” to take home but then we’ll also use some in class to create your own probiotic soda to take home.  


About your instructor: 

Stacey Maedge is the founder of Gut Check. She's a Navy veteran and a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and believer that food is medicine.
