Let’s cover the basics of canning! We’ll discuss AND demonstrate both water bath canning and pressure canning. I’ll demonstrate water bath canning a batch of delicious homemade apple sauce, as well as a batch of pressure canned veggies (depending on what’s growing in season).
You’ll go home with a full list of which foods you should water bath and which foods you should pressure can and timing recommendations for each. You’ll also get the recipe for a delicious marinara sauce. Fear of canning is such a common thing and this class will take away the fear and make the whole process simple!
