Aug 7 - Back to School Lunchbox Inspiration [6:30 PM]

Join Stacey in The Gut Check Kitchen to gain some new inspiration for those school lunchboxes!  We’ll cover a variety of ways to keep lunches for your littles interesting and nutritious that will leave them excited to see what’s in each day’s lunchbox. We’ll keep things simple so YOU don’t burn out on making lunches every day, while still keeping things new and different for your kiddos. We’ll be sampling several things in class.

Stacey Maedge is the founder of Gut Check. She's a Navy veteran and a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and believer that food is medicine.
