An annual Gut Check Kitchen tradition is our couple’s sourdough pizza night! Each ticket for this class is for TWO people…bring your sweetie, your mom/dad/aunt/uncle, your bestie, your teen, or your neighbor! Each couple will make a custom sourdough pizza to share and we’ll create the following side dishes (will contain gluten and dairy):
* Arugula Salad with Parmesan and Pine Nuts
* Cannoli Cookies
(Sourdough Starter will be available to anyone in class that would like to take some home)
About your instructor:
Stacey Maedge is the founder of Gut Check. She's a Navy veteran and a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and believer that food is medicine.
