In our classics series, we’ll be making dishes that every home cook should learn and master. In this 2.0 class, we’ll make and eat the following Gluten Free menu:

Menu:
* Winter Citrus Salad
* Pan Seared Salmon served over Sautéed Garlic Spinach
* Creamy Asparagus Risotto
* Lemon Yogurt Cake

About your instructor: 

Stacey Maedge is the founder of Gut Check. She's a Navy veteran and a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and believer that food is medicine.
