I’ve been a Functional Nutritionist for the last 8 years and have seen countless clients struggle to get back to eating well…mainly because they just make it too complicated...“Should I do Whole 30? Keto? Paleo? Intermittent Fasting? Carnivore, Vegetarian?, Vegan? Should I do a juice cleanse? A Detox?” None of these trends work for everyone but getting back to REAL FOOD is the one thing that DOES work for every single person that commits to it! Over the years, I’ve taught hundreds of people just how simple it truly is to get back to the basics and only eat REAL FOOD…you know, ingredients that you can actually pronounce!
I’ve put together a 4-week course that will help you finally make REAL FOOD a reality in your household. REAL FOOD BOOTCAMP is coming on Sunday September 15, 2024 and I can’t wait to share it with you!
Here’s what it will look like:
Week 1: We’ll cover a list of what foods to toss out of your fridge/pantry and I’ll show you exactly which foods to replace them with…healthier versions of your favorites like crackers, chips, snacks, etc…even TREATS! Yep…get out your trash bags…we’re PURGING the junk once and for all - BOOTCAMP style!
Week 2: We’ll thoroughly discuss digestion and talk about how to finally address some of the most common digestive ailments like acid reflux/heartburn, GERD, bloating, constipation, and diarrhea. We’ll clear up any confusion you may have about probiotics, digestive enzymes, fermented foods and drinks, and more.
Week 3: This week is all about SUGAR and FATS! I’ll show you exactly what your body goes through when you consume too much (and for some, too little) sugar and how to keep your blood sugar levels BALANCED. We’ll also cover dietary fats and clear the air about good fats vs. the bad ones. (Spoiler alert: fat doesn’t make you fat…sugar does!)
Week 4: We’ll tie it all together with a REAL FOOD cooking demo where I’ll show you how to make SO MANY simple and delicious REAL FOOD dishes for your family. Cooking demo will be virtual.

We’ll meet via ZOOM on Sunday afternoons, beginning on Sunday, September 15th (9/15, 9/22, 9/29, 10/6) from 4-5:30pm (PST). Don’t sweat it if you can’t make the live meetings because they will be recorded and emailed out to each participant to view at their convenience.
