FINALLY learn how to safely and effectively cut fruits and veggies.  We’ll cover a variety of knives, how to hold your knife, multiple cutting techniques, cutting boards, and more. If you’d like to bring any of your non-serrated knives to have sharpened, Mr. Gut Check will be here to offer that service for $5 per knife (cash or venmo). Knives will be sharpened while you take the class and you’ll head home with freshly sharpened knives!

About your instructor: 

Stacey Maedge is the founder of Gut Check. She's a Navy veteran and a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and believer that food is medicine.
