Sourdough Focaccia is such a simple, yet DELICIOUS, slab of naturally leavened dough that’s slathered with herbs, olive oil, and salt.  We’re adding our own individual artistic flair to it by decorating our own personal focaccia with garden veggies, herbs, and edible flowers!  You’ll shape and decorate your own individual focaccia and eat it fresh out of the oven!  This is a surprisingly relaxing activity that many have thoroughly enjoyed in past classes.

Stacey Maedge is the founder of Gut Check. She's a Navy veteran and a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and believer that food is medicine.
