Fire Cider is a wonderful way to boost the immune system and support proper digestion. It’s taken as a shot each day but you can also add it to salad dressings, marinades, and soups/stews.  In class, you’ll create your very own custom fire cider using seasonal produce and take it home to share with your family.

 

Fermented Garlic Honey is a simple, powerful remedy that combines the antimicrobial punch of garlic with the soothing, antibacterial properties of raw honey. It’s a favorite for supporting the immune system during cold and flu season. In class, you’ll make and take home your own batch.

Stacey Maedge is the founder of Gut Check. She's a Navy veteran and a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and believer that food is medicine.
