In this hands-on cooking class, participants will learn the art of making sourdough pizza from scratch.  You'll learn how to nurture a sourdough starter, as well as how to proof and shape a pizza. Attendees will gain practical skills and tips to achieve the perfect crust and flavor. Moreover, each participant will have the opportunity to craft their own personal pizza, selecting from a wide range of fresh ingredients to customize their creation to their taste.

Menu (will contain gluten, dairy, and nuts): 

  • Your own custom made personal pizza
  • Caesar Salad
  • Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

About your instructor:

Stacey Maedge is the founder of Gut Check. She's a Navy veteran and a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and believer that food is medicine.
