We’ve had lots of requests over the years for adult classes that feature many of our popular kids class menus and it’s finally here! This class is mainly demonstration style and you’ll eat everything made in class, so COME HUNGRY.
Menu (will contain gluten, dairy, and nuts)
*Shrimp and Veggie Spring Rolls
*Sushi Rolls
*Spiralized Cucumber and Mango Salad
*Fortune Cookies (gluten, dairy, almond extract)

Stacey Maedge is the founder of Gut Check. She's a Navy veteran and a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and believer that food is medicine.
