Let’s cover the basics of canning!  We’ll discuss AND demonstrate both water bath canning and pressure canning.  I’ll demonstrate water bath canning a batch of delicious homemade marinara sauce, as well as a batch pf pressure canned veggies (depending on what’s growing in season).

You’ll go home with a full list of which foods you should water bath and which foods you should pressure can and timing recommendations for each. You’ll also get the recipe for the marinara sauce we’ll make in class. Fear of canning is such a common thing and this class will take away the fear and make the whole process simple!
